Terms and Conditions

Greetings from Adware IT! We are ecstatic to have you as a respected customer. We respectfully request that you read over and agree to our terms and conditions before we start working together. They spell out our expectations for a successful working relationship as well as our shared duties.

  • ✔ Acceptance of the Agreement: You accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as by any relevant laws and regulations by using any of our services.
  • ✔ Customer Service Interaction: When a proposal or agreement is expressly accepted by the customer, our services will be engaged. It will specify the tasks to be done, the deadlines, and the deliverables.
  • ✔ Conditions of Payment: The agreement will provide all payment information, including amounts, dates, and modes of payment. All payments must be paid in the specified currency and in line with the conditions that have been established.
  • ✔ Privacy: Every non-public information given throughout the engagement will be treated as confidential by both parties. Project specifics, confidential data, and any shared sensitive data fall under this category.
  • ✔ Rights to Intellectual Property: After full and prompt payment, the customer will own all intellectual property rights—including designs, codes, and content—arising from the services rendered. Unless otherwise specified, Adware IT maintains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
  • ✔ Modifications and Edits: In the event that modifications are required to the deliverables, schedule, or scope of work, both parties shall discuss and agree on changes in writing. Changes may need additional effort, which might result in higher fees.
  • ✔ Closing: If the other party doesn't fulfill its end of the bargain, any side may end the contract. All unpaid invoices for services done up to the moment of termination will be settled afterward.
  • ✔ Event of Force Majeure: The parties disclaim all liability for any delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond their control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or acts by the government.
  • ✔ Settlement of Disputes: Both parties undertake to have good faith conversations in order to resolve any differences or conflicts in an amicable manner. If mediation or arbitration is not successful, disagreements will be resolved according to the terms of the agreement.
  • ✔ Limitation on Liability: When using our services, Adware IT disclaims all liability for accidental, consequential, or indirect losses. Our responsibility is capped at the amount you paid for that particular service.
  • ✔ The Overarching Law: The laws of the jurisdiction designated in the agreement shall govern and be interpreted in compliance with these terms and conditions.
  • ✔ Modifications: Adware IT maintains the right to change these guidelines at any moment. Any modifications will be communicated to clients, who are urged to evaluate them on a regular basis.
